For buildings constructed on concrete slabs, the substantial benefits derived from incorporating panelBUILD wall and roof elements can still be obtained.
For structures with roofing systems comprising pitched roofs with flat ceilings, typical of the construction format which utilises roof trusses, panelBUILD is not suitable. We are unable to supply floor and wall elements to these buildings owing to our loss of control over the time which may be required to make the building “waterproof” and ensure no rain damage occurs to internal wall facings and the like.
